Mat Pilates & Yoga 

Wednesday 5.30pm - 6.20pm  - Pregnancy Yoga
Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.20pm  - Vinyassa Flow Yoga
    Tuesdays 7pm - Mat Pilates

Pilates increases flexibility, helps to achieve correct postural alignment and strengthen muscles. It can also help to lower stress levels, increase bone density, improve joint mobility and tone areas such as stomach, thighs and buttocks.

Yoga unites the mind and body. Through gentle movement and stretching you will find a balance between flexibility and strength, which results in stronger and leaner muscles.  Yoga encourages and promotes relaxation, even in the most stressful of times. 

The easiest way to decide whether Yoga or Pilates is best for you, is to try both. 

The Mat Pilates and Yoga classes are for suitable for all levels and our instructors will give variations throughout the classes to suit all abilities.
