For some, Personal Training can be where it all begins. If you are new to excercise, it can be so daunting starting out and we really understand this. Our trainers are kind, approachable and have huge experience in helping you get to where you want to be. We do not endorse anything extreme, instead, we focus on giving you the tools you need to become happier, fitter, stronger and the best version of yourself. We understand that this needs to be sustainable and for the long term. So many of our longest standing Members started with Personal Training and they are still here as part of this community, training regularly with us in either 1-1 sessions or as part of our Stables Fitness Classes or Pilates Classes.
If you are already training, but are looking for a personal trainer to push you to the next level, our trainers have the expertise and experience to help you drive forward. We also have all the training resources you need to do this, such as the best quality equipment, our extensive training areas and an 8km trail running course.
Personal Training courses are sold in a block of 10 sessions, and can be private 1-1 training or semi private training in a small group.
