A Stables Fitness Class is not your ordinary gym class. First of all you will be exercising in a unique environment in a countryside setting, either outside on the astroturf or in the open sided barns. Secondly, we have some of the best fitness trainers around with a wealth of experience. They deliver fun, varied workouts and there is a real focus on comradery within the classes.
You can be any level of fitness to join these classes, Whether you are a complete novice or an experienced athlete, our trainers have the knowledge and expertise to give you a workout suited to your fitness level. We have mixed ages, gender and abilities in all our classes.We are always delighted to welcome new members to The Stables, so if you would like some more information before you come to your first class, please contact us.
To join the classes, you can either book the sessions individually below or purchase a montly pass of classes at the start of each month (see below also). You do not need to book into specific classes in advance, you just come along at your preferred class time.
