What can you expect from a Stables Fitness Class?
A fun and challenging workout, with a mix of Strength and Cardio based exercises. The classes are delivered by our experinced trainers, in either in a circuit based format, or in a WOD (Workout of the Day). The classes are a maximum of 1 hour.
The classes take place in "The Barn" or on "The Astro" in the Spring and Summer months.
We are always delighted to welcome new Members to The Stables, so if you would like to come and try your first class free of charge, please contact us.
To join the classes, you can either book the sessions individually or purchase a course of classes (see below).
If you book a course of classes, you do not need to book into specific classes in advance, you just turn up at your preferred class times each week.
