Reformer Pilates works on the body's overall strength and flexibility. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and can be adapted to each individual's abilities.
The classes are designed to increase flexibility, tone up and improve your core strength.
Emer McCarthy, Kiara Donegan and Anna Syme are our Reformer Pilates Instructors and you can expect an excellent full body pilates workout delivered in a very relaxing environment.
If you need to change or cancel your class time, please get in touch with us via phone or email and we will happily organise this for you.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice, or we cannot refund/credit you.
