We have 1-1 and small group Personal Training availability starting in September.

Teen Fitness Classes
We are running Teen Fitness Classes on Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm.
A new 7-week course starts Wednesday 8th September and will focus on improving fitness and strength for this age group. Bookings can be made here:
These classes take place on Monday and Tuesday afternoons for kids aged between 5 and 12 years. They are an hour long class and we will be doing all the usual activities at The Stables, including practicing the obstacles around the Steeplechase.
The next 7 week courses start the week commencing 6th September and will run up to the Halloween mid term break.
