Hello Visitor,

We hope you have had a super summer. We certainly have and are looking forward to our Autumn schedule of classes and events starting in the next couple of weeks. You can see what we have on here in September and October below. 

Personal Training

 

We have 1-1 and small group Personal Training availability starting in September. 

If you are looking for that kickstart and focus to get you back into the routine after the summer, personal training courses are ideal. Tailored to you, they give you the focus and attention you need to make those changes and boost confidence. Contact us for available times and dates.

Teen Fitness Classes 

 

We are running Teen Fitness Classes on Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm.

A new 7-week course starts Wednesday 8th September and will focus on improving fitness and strength for this age group. Bookings can be made here:

Active Kids Classes & Halloween Camp


These classes take place on Monday and Tuesday afternoons for kids aged between 5 and 12 years. They are an hour long class and we will be doing all the usual activities at The Stables, including practicing the obstacles around the Steeplechase. 

The next 7 week courses start the week commencing 6th September and will run up to the Halloween mid term break.

We are also running two Halloween Camps during the mid term break. These are 2-day camps from 10am -2pm for 5-12 year olds and will follow a similar format to our Summer camps.

Pilates - Reformer & Mat


We have two Mat Pilates classes each week on Mondays at 10am and Tuesdays at 7pm. 

There are nine different Reformer Pilates classes each week, including an Introduction to Reformer class for complete beginners on the first Tuesday evening of each month.

The next Intro class is Tuesday 7th September and we still have a few spaces available.

Stables Fitness Classes


We start a new course of Stables Fitness Classes on Monday 30th August.

We will be operating the same schedule of classes as normal and all levels of fitness are welcome:

Mondays & Wednesday 7am & 9am & 7pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6pm & 7pm
Friday 7am & 9am

Courses for September and October can be purchased here and you can just turn up to whichever class time you suits you best each week. 

Mum and Baby Classes



Our Mum and Baby classes resume on Monday 6th September and we will run a 4 week course to the end of the month.  

Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am and are 1 hour in duration. Further information and bookings can be found here
