We are delighted to let you know about our March timetable for Yoga.
Vickileigh Lawlor will be taking the following classes and we have new courses starting next week.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow - Wednesdays 9.30am & 7pmWe have two Gentle Vinyasa Flow classes on Wednesdays, starting on 1st March.
Vinyasa Yoga is a creative form of Yoga, where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa Yoga is the variety and this "Gentle Flow" class is perfect for beginners, but will also be adapted accordingly for those who are already practising yoga.
The classes are at 9.30am and 7pm and we are running a new 5-week course for the month of March.

Yin Yoga - Friday Evenings 6.30pmAre you looking for a lovely way to wind down your week? Join us for Yin Yoga on Friday evenings at 6.30pm.
Yin Yoga incorporates passive stretches using props. This allows the body and muscles to relax, enabling the stretches to run deeper into the body and our connective tissues. It is a gentle, meditative practice, so please wear comfortable clothing that will keep you warm.

Pregnancy Yoga - Wednesdays 6pmPregnancy Yoga offers a special opportunity for women to connect with their baby, their bodies and their experience, so that they learn to trust their bodies, and gain an important sense of empowerment.
In these classes, women develop skills which help them to enjoy the experience of being pregnant, and to enter into labour and motherhood with a sense of calm confidence.
Join Vickileigh for a 5 week Pregnancy Yoga course on Wednesdays (6-6.50pm).
