Hello Visitor, This weekend we are celebrating the 10th Anniversary of The Stables - and what a memorable ten years it has been. Thank you very much to our wonderful Members and Customers. We have had such fantastic support from so many of you - as individuals, as sports teams and clubs and many local businesses. As a thank you, please use the discount code 10YEARS for any bookings (classes or courses etc) made online, this weekend.* Stables Fitness ClassesThe Stables Fitness Classes are Cardio and Strength based sessions, suitable for all levels of fitness. New 8 week courses start Monday 5th September, with 1/2/3 class(es) per week packages. Just drop into any class each week at whatever time suits you best. Class timetable: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 7am & 9am Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 7pm. Book here Mum & Baby Classes
10am Mum & Baby Classes (1 week) Mondays & Wednesdays - 1 session per week (26/09/22 - 28/09/22)10am Mum & Baby Classes (1week) Mondays & Wednesdays - 2 sessions per week (26/09/22 - 28/09/22)Active Kids ClassesActive Kids Classes commence on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th September and will run for 8 weeks. Mondays at 4pm are for 5-7 year olds and Mondays at 5pm are for 8-12 years olds. On Tuesdays at 4pm, both the 5-7 year olds and the 8-12 year olds come at the same time, but are in different groups. The classes are an hour in duration and we will mix our time this term between fun fitness related activities and games on the astro and in the barns, as well as lots of time out and about on the obstacle course. Places in these classes are limited, so please book here to guarantee a place. Personal Training CoursesPersonal Training is a great way to get started if you are new to exercising, coming back after an injury or an absence from training. Alternatively, you may be interested doing more specific training for weight loss or gaining strength and this can be tailored to your needs. Reformer PilatesWith 11 different class times to choose from each week, hopefully anyone interested in doing Reformer Pilates can find a class to suit them. Please book here. Classes are adapted according to experience and ability and all are welcome. If you are a complete beginner, we recommend joining one of the Introduction to Reformer Pilates Courses, which we run every 3 weeks at 6.15pm on Tuesdays and 7.15pm on Wednesdays. We have just released the next 3 week courses with availability, starting on the 27th & 28th September. Mat PilatesMonday morning Mat Pilates is back next week on the 29th August at 10am. This class is streamed live via Zoom for anyone who wishes to join and can't make The Stables, and the recording is sent out afterwards for you to do in your own time also. Tuesday evening Pilates at 7pm continues. For the time being, we will continue to be outside or in the barns on a nice evening and can have the capacity for more people. If, however the weather makes us be inside in the upstairs studio, the capacity will be reduced to a maximum of 9 people. Please bear this in mind when making your bookings.
