Reformer Pilates works on the body's overall strength and flexibility. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and can be adapted to each individual's abilities. The classes are designed to increase flexibility, tone up and improve your core strength. Emer McCarthy, Sarah Doyle and Aoife Byrne are our Reformer Pilates instructors and you can expect an excellent full body pilates workout delivered in a safe environment.
