Anna set up The Stables in 2011, soon after her eldest son was born.
She holds a Certificate in Level 4 Personal Training from Elite Fitness, is a Balanced Body Pilates Mat Instructor and is fully REP’s accredited. It is her passion to help and encourage others to get fit and achieve their desired lifestyle goals.
Anna has 3 small children of her own and has significant experience in pre and post natal fitness training.
